Black Quinua Real的味道略帶堅果,比白藜麥煮的時間更長。它來自海拔3.600米以上的烏尤尼(Uyuni)玻利維亞鹽沼,其營養重要性早已被哥倫比亞前文明所認可。藜麥(Chenopodium quinoa)通常被視為穀物,實際上是包含所有必需氨基酸,低聚元素和維生素的種子。不含麩質,是纖維的良好來源,富含鈣,鐵,鉀,鎂,磷,鋅,錳。

如何使用
在低火下將一份藜麥與兩份水煮約20分鐘。紅色和黑色藜麥煮熟的時間比白色藜麥稍長。它也可以在中國電飯鍋中單獨或與米飯一起烹飪。

Organic gluten free black royal quinoa in compostable doypack.
Black Quinua Real has a slightly nuttier flavour and takes a bit longer to cook than white quinoa. It comes from the Bolivian salt marsh of Uyuni located at more than 3.600 meters of altitude and its nutritional importance has long been recognised by pre-Columbian civilizations. Often treated as a grain, quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is in fact a seed which contains all the essential amino acids, oligo elements and vitamins. Gluten free, it is a good source of fibre and  rich in calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese.

How to use
Cook one part quinoa to two parts water in low heat for around 20 minutes. Red and black quinoa take slightly longer to cook than white quinoa. It can also be cooked in a Chinese rice cooker on its own or in combination with rice.
